• No analytics tracking is enabled unless you explicitly opt in.
• No personal information is sold or rented to advertisers or data brokers.
• No unnecessary form fields are required beyond what is useful for inquiry, scheduling, or tutoring support.

Limited use for communication and service delivery

• To respond to inquiries and determine whether the service is a good fit.
• To schedule consultations, diagnostics, and ongoing sessions.
• To prepare learning plans, progress notes, and follow-up communication.
• To maintain basic service records and receipts when payments are involved.

Third-party services used carefully

• Payments are processed through Stripe, so payment data is handled on Stripe's systems rather than stored in this app.
• Scheduling may use a booking provider such as Calendly to coordinate appointment times.
• If the client portal is used, a session cookie may be used to keep a signed-in client authenticated during that visit.

Tracking stays off by default

Analytics is disabled unless a visitor chooses to allow it through the consent banner. If you decline, the site should continue to work normally without analytics tracking.

Keep information only as long as useful

• Inquiry and booking information is kept only as long as needed to respond, schedule, and manage the tutoring relationship.
• For active clients, session notes and related records may be retained for up to two years unless a shorter retention period is requested or required.
