- New families typically begin with a consultation or diagnostic to assess goals, fit, and the recommended level of support.
- Session recommendations are based on subject matter, urgency, executive function needs, and desired outcomes.
- Ongoing services may be adjusted over time if the student's needs change.
PaymentClear pricing and straightforward billing
- Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking or proposal, based on the selected service or package.
- Diagnostic sessions and package purchases may require payment in advance.
- Payment processing is handled through Stripe or another designated payment provider.
Cancellations and reschedulingAdvance notice helps protect reserved time
- Rescheduling requests should be made with at least 48 hours notice whenever possible.
- Diagnostic sessions are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full, especially for time reserved exclusively for a family.
